1Do I have to create a new account?
If you are using our new website for the first time, you will need to create a new account. This can be done either when you place your first order, or through the “My account” option using the email registration. Once you have registered to use the website, please complete your details in the “My account” section. This information will then pre-populate when placing an order.

2Why is the website sometimes slow?
Due to the popularity of RW Floats, there may be times when we experience a very high volume of customer traffic, leading to hundreds of customers ordering at the same time. This will affect the speed of the server and may cause delays when ordering from the website. This is purely down to the volume of customers at one time, so please be patient. We have recently increased the capacity of the server to alleviate this and are monitoring the performance.

3Do you take private orders?
Unfortunately, we can only offer floats via website orders. We don’t have the capacity to fulfil private orders. We do appreciate your frustration that at times stock availability can be limited and will sell out quickly. However, we are increasing the production to try and overcome this. Thank you for your understanding.

4Postage on multiple orders?
We can no longer refund postage costs for customers who have multiple orders placed at the same time. If you place multiple orders your items will be sent out as multiple packages, so please try and use the shopping basket to add all of your floats in one single order. If your order is of a high value we will send your order via Royal Mail Special delivery, at no extra cost.
